The Field Guide to NSW Produce

The Field Guide to NSW Produce is a beautifully designed, regional produce companion to New South Wales.

I researched producers to appear in the book, and wrote profiles about farmers, artisan producers and restaurants. I also interviewed renowned chefs such as Steven Snow, Shaun Arantz and Clayton Donovan, to get their perspectives on the benefits of cooking with the incredible local produce that the state has to offer.

Published by The Field Institute, who aim to educate and inform people about sustainable regional food producers and suppliers, and reconnect consumers with where their food comes from.
